My girlfriend and I are moving to Johnstown for a 6 month internship she is doing at the hospital. We are looking for a place with the following:
1) Must allow pets.. we have a small pug and cat. Both are trained and do not have accidents.
2) Must have 2 bedrooms.
3) Must have parking for 2 vehicles.
4) Must be within 15-20 minutes from the hospital
5) Must not be a dump, and not located in bad areas like Moxham
6) Must allow us to sign a 6 month lease with the option to extend, as it could be possible she gets offered a job.
7) Must have at least a little bit of grass for the dog to do his business.
8) Does not have to be furnished. We have all the appliances, but do have storage here if not needed.
9) Must have washer/dryer hook ups
